Abstract
Under the guidance of the "Belt and Road" policy, a group of Chinese companies have begun to seek new markets or sources of goods in countries along the route. Central Asia, as an important region among the "Belt and Road" countries, has great appeal to Chinese enterprises. However, different cultures and values pose significant challenges to organizational management. To address these issues, companies place a high emphasis on cross-cultural management strategies, using a range of measures such as salary incentive policies, training local managers, taking on social responsibilities, and through the charisma of leaders to promote cultural identity and integration, stabilizing the development of the enterprise.
