Abstract

The article portrays an experiential adventure in group process aimed at developing a vision and approach for the author's Mancos Leadership Institute. It indicates that the group created a vision and model for an approach to personal growth and leadership development using organization development (OD) methods. The author claims that the efforts further her interest and passion of working with the self and producing educational experience that stimulates new personal growth.
