Abstract
The stock market is used by the business community as an indicator of the economy's condition. As a measure of the current status of leisure and the adoption of a leisure within by society, leisure stocks are a good indicator. Analysis of these stocks indicate that the society is moving rapidly toward a strong leisure ethic and an economy based upon leisure values.
