Abstract
This pandemic was unexpected and has caused tremendous problems throughout world societies. One of the outcomes has been that there have been a number of individuals who have had to work from a remote location, especially their homes. This has had a tremendous number of ramifications for the individual as well as organizations. The primary focus of this article is to explore the ramifications of working from remote locations and to identify a model for how the individual has adapted to the pandemic in terms of personal as well as business processes.
