Peer Mentoring for New Librarians: Transformations of a Tenure Support Group

Abstract
New librarians working to achieve tenure or levels of professional engagement may struggle with beginning their research agenda and finding peer support. New professionals at Bowling Green State University began meeting as an informal research/writing support group. Over time, the group’s focus expanded to include partnerships for scholarly activity, collaborative programming, and peer coaching.
