Abstract

The Writing & Research Center at Gannon University of 2018 is markedly different from the Writing Center of the late 1980s. In 2000, Michele Loring wrote a master’s thesis on Gannon faculty’s perceptions of the Writing Center. Eighteen years have passed and much has changed. It is time again to stop, survey current literature on writing centers and reflect on what has changed, why it has changed, and what future changes need to be implemented.
