Is Your Organization Prepared to Manage Tsunami Change?

Abstract
The accumulative and accelerated rate of change organizations are dealing with in today's times of non-stop and unpredictable change and the powerful wave of changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic have had an overwhelming, Tsunami Change effect on many organizations. The result can be organizational chaos, a lack of plans for how to succeed in changing times, the mismanagement of change, and a culture where employees are frustrated, overworked, and underappreciated or are planning to leave.
