Abstract
University faculty and staff work in a unique profession that encompasses individuals from a large age range. Exercise and sleeping patterns are an important component of maintaining health and preventing disease. Until recently there has been little research examining the exercise and sleeping patterns of faculty and staff members and what role these factors play in overall health. The information gathered in this study was used to analyze how university faculty members can adapt their lifestyle with exercise and/or sleep to achieve better health and well-being. This study was performed to understand if there is a relationship between exercise and sleeping patterns among university faculty and staff at Bowling Green State University.
