Abstract
The purpose of this guide is to improve your overall fitness which can potentially lead to better sport performance. Golf is a sport that is continuing to grow in popularity. More people are playing the sport than ever, and people are looking for different ways to get an edge against their opponents. Not everyone has the time to go to the course and spend hours at the driving range or short game area, so it is worthwhile to learn other ways you can get results. If you are not regularly engaging in exercise, then following this guide will serve as a great introduction. The exercises provided will offer you bodyweight movements that you can do before, after, and between rounds of golf. Minimal equipment is needed, but most of the equipment utilized can be found in your golf bag or around your home.
