Master of Education in Applied Human Development Graduate Projects
Abstract
College athletics has undergone some of the biggest changes in our society over the past decade. The experiences of fans and student-athletes have changed drastically. But how does that impact the experiences of athletic administrators working in sport? The ever-changing landscape means that employees must adapt to meet the current needs of the industry. Adaptation often involves discomfort, requiring time, energy, and resilience from those in the profession.
