Description
The current state of affairs in the world offers an opportunity for reflection and questioning. We are entering an age of complexity that requires a shift from a linear and controlled machine paradigm to a non-linear and resilient living systems paradigm. How are these paradigms manifested in organizations, and what can we as OD&C practitioners do to ensure the organizations we work with are capable of self-regeneration and self-maintenance? In this symposium, Arielle T. Sullivan discusses regenerative design principles and frameworks based on complexity science that can be used to support regenerative systems change and move the practice of OD&C forward.
