This project presents a plan of action for the creation of a learning community, for students with developmental disabilities at Bowling Green State University. The plan includes a discussion of the purpose of the community, a name for the community, the target population for the community, the learning communityâ€™s mission, universal design, impact the community would have on Bowling Green State University, funding, staffing, facilities and learning outcomes and goals.
