Honors Projects

Abstract

This honors project was an application based project performed by Joe Sullivan for the BGSU men’s soccer team. Being a business major, along with a student-athlete for the team, my project ties both of these passions together in the creation of a business plan for the team. I created and explained in detail 5 initiatives that the team can take in order to improve and grow as a program. These 5 initiatives will increase overall profitability, brand image, brand awareness, performance and overall team culture. Overall, I believe that this project details tangible action items that the team can take in order to improve and after I presented the project and initiatives to the coaching staff I am very pleased to know that they plan on moving forward with them.
