Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze how companies operate their logistics processes from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the final product to customers. By examining current methodologies, the study identifies best practices, emerging trends, and challenges shaping modern supply chain management. Specifically, this research investigates how artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, and automation can be integrated to improve efficiency, transparency, and resilience.
