Abstract

Essential ingredients in any organization are the individuals who provide programs and services. The important element is that these individuals have the proper perspective in order to provide quality services. The key to success is an effective training program that develops the positive organization culture. It is imperative that the individual see themselves as an important member of the team. This team concept has to be based upon sound principles that can establish a sense of duty and responsibility. The individual must see their work experience as important contribution to the organization. The organization in turn has a responsibility to provide a meaningful work experience with the proper benefits to sustain an individual’s sense of worth.
